Refund policy

1) Refunds for returned merchandise are processed within 2 to 3 weeks (1-2 during off-season).
2) If the item(s) you purchased go on sale within seven days of your purchase, PHAX will provide one-time store credit upon request in the amount the price was reduced. Contact customer service at cs@phaxswim.com to request a store credit.
