- All orders are shipped from California, Monday through Friday. PHAX does not ship on federal holidays or weekends.

RETURNS
- PHAX accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
- Returns are free if you utilize the return label provided by PHAX.
- PHAX will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
