RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unused, unworn and unwashed? No problem. At PHAX, we know that you can't beat a great return policy. It's just another reason to love PHAX .

We hope you love your new items from PHAX . But if for some reason your order isn't just right, we have a simple, no-hassle return policy. If the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment, return it to us for a refund. We do not accept returns if it has been more than 30 days since your order was shipped.

 

RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

1) Please start your return by visiting https://phax12.returnly.com Once we receive your return request we will approve within 5 days of receipt. 

2) Enter the email address you used to place your order. 

3) Select the items that you would like to return. 

4) A return label will be emailed to you. 

5) PHAX accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment. It is mandatory to have all sales labels and hygienic protectors, returned good should be as received in original packaging.

6) PHAX keeps the right to accept claims with previous analysis and review of the product, checking that garment condition comply with previous commented conditions.    

7) PHAX is not responsible for goods loss, stoles or damaged during return transportation.

 

EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASES

1) PHAX uses a "return and reorder" process for exchanges. So if your order wasn’t quite what you expected and you would like to exchange it, you should treat your unwanted item as a return and follow the steps above.
2) Place a new order online for your replacement item.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

PHAX will exchange any item deemed defective (due to a manufacturing defect) within 30 days of shipment when accompanied with an original receipt. PHAX uses only the finest quality fabrics, however, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear.

PHAX cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear. Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds / exchanges will not be processed.

If your product was damaged after the 30-day return time, PHAX reserves the right to accept the damaged product under the following conditions:

1-3 Months After Purchase Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the defective item.
 3-6 Months After Purchase Store credit will be issued for 75 percent of the purchase price of the defective item.
6-12 Months After Purchase Store credit will be issued for 50 percent of the purchase price of the defective item.

 

FINAL SALE

Any product listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. All FINAL SALE products are marked at 70% off.

PROMOTIONS

If/when PHAX offers promotions for free or discounted shipping, the promotion applies only to items shipped within the continental U.S. All international orders are excluded from shipping promotions. During said shipping promotions, shipping costs will be automatically discounted during the online checkout process. If an order minimum is required per the terms of the promotional shipping and some items are returned, you may become ineligible for the promotion. In this case, a $7 flat-fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for shipping costs

PHAX in accordance with FEDERAL LAW, cannot accept returns for any worn swimwear. Returned or exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, and will be inspected upon receipt. Any worn swimwear will be returned to the customer, and refunds/exchanges will not be processed.
