All orders with expedited shipping that are placed prior to 1:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped the same day; expedited orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (MST) will be processed and shipped the following business day.

PHAX accepts returned items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of shipment.
Returns are free if you utilize the return label provided by PHAX.
PHAX will process all refunds to your credit card, less shipping costs, within 2-3 weeks of receiving your returned item(s) to our warehouse.
